PreEmptive Health conducts consultations directly with clients and under contract with businesses and organisations in the Sutherland Shire and Greater Sydney area.

Weight Loss Coaching and Training Plans can be delivered in a convenience mix of formats including group, face-to-face, telephone and on-line appointments.

Face to Face consultations are currently conducted at Jannali Healthcare Centre, 3/7-9 White St, Jannali NSW 2226 unless a mutually acceptable alternative location can be identified.

Contact to discuss individual consultation or the facilitation of small group health promotion and weight loss programs. We specialise in assessment of fitness for health and leisure goals. Our area of passion is indoor online cycling. Additionally, we will tour gymnasia and other facilities with clients on long term plans.

While we can assist individuals with assessment for gym programs and gym introduction sessions, we do not host group fitness sessions. We can be engaged to provide expertise on interview panels prior to your decision to appoint a Certificate IV leader. We do provide corporate fitness assessments.

PreEmptive Health accepts clients contemplating bariatric surgery.

We welcome private consultations and Team Care Arrangements under Medicare, NDIS and WorkCover for:

– Clinical Exercise Interventions and Chronic Disease Management
– Post-Acute Exercise Rehabilitation from Injury or Illness
– Muscular and Musculoskeletal Conditions Chronic in Nature
– Adjunct Therapy for Mental Health
– Weight Loss Management and Weight Loss Coaching
– Home, Gymnasium or Facility Based Programs

Belinda Giles PhD ESSAM is the Director of PreEmptive Health. She is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with 30 years experience in health promotion and physical activity for health. Weight management coaching in this practice draws on the Cognitive Behavioural process taught at the Beck Institute, Philidelphia, PA
